Thank you so much for everything you did to make my wedding AMAZING!  The food was absolutely delicious- I'm still talking about how I ate the best piece of salmon ever at my own wedding.  Everything looked great and the entire event ran seamlessly.  I could not have pulled the day together without you. Hi Alan,
I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I was with the entire event last month.  My friends and family are still talking about the tiny mac-and-cheeses!  The food was delicious (and I did eat a full meal!) and I had an absolute blast.  Thanks to your guidance and planning, my husband and I had the best night of our lives.  Please feel free to use me as a reference whenever you need to.  Thank you again for all your help. Alan was excellent.  I worried about this event due to the senior executives that would be in attendance, however, with Alan I didn’t have to worry.  From the first phone call with Alan, he told me that I would not have to worry and that he would take care of everything and he truly DID!  His words became reality on the day of the event.  He arrived with enough time to accommodate the last minute requests made. The Ultimate Caterer provided the all inclusive services that we needed.  i.e Thank you for the podium!
