Alan was excellent.  I worried about this event due to the senior executives that would be in attendance, however, with Alan I didn’t have to worry.  From the first phone call with Alan, he told me that I would not have to worry and that he would take care of everything and he truly DID!  His words became reality on the day of the event.  He arrived with enough time to accommodate the last minute requests made. The Ultimate Caterer provided the all inclusive services that we needed.  i.e Thank you for the podium!

You outdid yourself!  Everyone raved about your food and your magnificent presentation.  I also want to add that I have seen other caterers at work, and you far surpass them.  Being in the business, I have worked with many caterers.  Very professional and you remained calm through the entire event.  Thanks again.  I certainly would highly recommend you and Ultimate Caterers.....
