Jennifer & Tim's wedding was amazing.  Everyone raved about the food.  The chicken marsala and penne vodka was a big favorite.  Just wanted to "Thank You" again for all you did for us.  Your staff was excellent.  Joe did a fabulous job in organizing, setting up, keeping me calm, and informing me of everything.  It was my pleasure to have Ultimate cater my daughter's wedding.
