Dear Alan Perl of Ultimate Caterer,

 I wanted to say thank you for the wonderful job Ultimate Caterers did last night at our dedication reception. From the minute Joe and the team got there, it was perfect. Everyone was friendly, organized, and efficient. The food was wonderful (many comments from guests) and the service was great. Joe was just terrific and I knew I did not have to worry about one thing once they arrived.
